Eastbound take Exit 142 (Quispamsis/Nauwigewauk) to Highway 100. Pass Country Market (on right), cross Hammond River Bridge, immediately turn left onto Station Road, take next left onto Darlings Island Road.

Westbound take Exit 158 (Hampton) bear right then take immediate left to Highway 100 West, look for sign for Darlings Island and turn right onto Station Road followed by another right onto Darlings Island Road.
